1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Masterstroke LLC's website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

Masterstroke LLC provides art classes, commissioned artwork, event painting services, and printed art sales. All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.

3. Class Enrollment & Payment

Registration: Class enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Spots are not reserved until payment is processed.

Payment Methods: We accept online payments (subject to a 3% processing fee) and direct payments via Zelle, Venmo, or cash.

Pricing: All prices are in USD and subject to change without notice. Quoted prices are valid for 30 days.

4. Refund Policy

Full Refund: Available if cancellation is requested at least 7 days before the program start date.

50% Refund: Available for cancellations made within 7 days of the program start date.

No Refund: Once a program has begun, no refunds will be issued. Missed classes cannot be refunded or rescheduled unless arrangements are made in advance.

Exceptions: Medical emergencies or extenuating circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

5. Photography & Media Release

By participating in our classes and events, you grant Masterstroke LLC permission to photograph and record sessions. These images may be used on our website, social media, and promotional materials. If you do not consent to this, you must notify us in writing before participating and remind the instructor at each session.

6. Intellectual Property

Your Artwork: Artwork created by participants during classes remains the property of the participant.

Our Content: All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Masterstroke LLC and protected by copyright laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

Masterstroke LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Participants engage in art activities at their own risk. We recommend informing instructors of any allergies or health conditions before participating.

8. Code of Conduct

All participants must maintain respectful behavior towards instructors, staff, and fellow participants. Masterstroke LLC reserves the right to remove any individual whose conduct is disruptive or inappropriate, without refund.

9. Commissioned Work

Commissioned artwork is subject to separate agreements. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. Final approval and payment are required before delivery.

Masterstroke LLC retains the right to photograph and display commissioned pieces in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Modifications to Terms

Masterstroke LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State in which Masterstroke LLC operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
